CREAMY CHEESY SPINACH DIP
This recipe doesn't contain mayo or sour cream like most, so it's very cheesy and very delicious. I'm asked for the recipe every time I make it. For those who don't want a strong cheese like Cheddar, you can replace it with anything you like or even leave it out altogether. I like adding the Cheddar because it adds color and a little more flavor.

Tips:
- Prep the spinach: For the best texture, make sure to squeeze out any excess water from the spinach before adding it to the dip. This will help prevent the dip from becoming watery.
- Use a variety of cheeses: The combination of three different cheeses gives this dip its rich and flavorful taste. Feel free to experiment with different types of cheeses, such as mozzarella, cheddar, or Gouda.
- Don't overcook the dip: The dip is done when the cheese is melted and smooth. Overcooking will cause the cheese to become tough and rubbery.
