- 1. Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking oil.
- 2. Prepare cookie dough recipe according to the package directions. Add an [extra] teaspoon of vegetable oil and an [extra] teaspoon of water to the mix as it will be in the oven longer than cookie directions. Once dough is ready, press into the bottom of the baking dish taking care to cover the entire bottom of the dish.
- 3. Layer Oreo's on top of the cookie bottom. Only one layer!
- 4. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package directions. Pour the batter over the Oreo's. Bake for 30 minutes to achieve the gooey center depicted in the picture. If you prefer less goo and more chew, bake for approximately 35-40 minutes.

- For the Brownie layer: In a medium sauce pan, melt the butter over medium high heat. Add the sugar and cocoa powder once the butter is melted. Whisk to combine and remove from heat.
