1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mild Swiss cheese (e.g. Jarlsberg)
8 strips bacon (,diced, fried until crispy and drained)
1/3 cup sliced or slivered almonds (,toasted in the oven then cooled)
4 green onions, sliced
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon hot sauce (e.g. Tabasco), optional for a touch of heat

1 cup shredded aged Cheddar cheese
¾ cup finely chopped slivered almonds

8 slices center cut bacon, chopped
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 rounded teaspoons prepared Dijon style mustard
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, available on dairy aisle
3 scallions, chopped
1/2 cup smoked almonds, coarsely chopped
Baby carrots and a selection of spiced flat breads, cocktail sized pumpernickel or rye breads, or sliced whole grain baguettes, for dipping

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Brown bacon in nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Drain crisp bacon bits on paper towels.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon, Swiss and scallions with cooked bacon. 3 jars (5 ounces each) process sharp Cheddar cheese spread
1/2 cup milk
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 medium green onions, thinly sliced (2 tablespoons)
1/2 cup coarsely chopped canned smoked whole almonds
4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
Assorted raw vegetables or breadsticks, if desired

2 garlic cloves, minced
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
