1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 l Small Shallots, minced
1 l Red Bell Pepper, finely diced
3 stalks Celery, finely diced

2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
2 tablespoons Lemon Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Tuscan olive oil

Tips:

  • To achieve the best flavor, use high-quality smoked whitefish. Look for fish that is firm and has a light, smoky aroma.
  • If you can't find smoked whitefish, you can use another type of smoked fish, such as salmon or trout. Just adjust the amount of lemon juice and dill to taste.
  • To make the dip ahead of time, simply cover it and refrigerate for up to 3 days. When you're ready to serve, let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before stirring.
  • Serve the dip with crackers, pita chips, or vegetables. For a more elegant presentation, spoon the dip into individual serving cups and garnish with fresh dill or chives.
