4 cups rolled oats
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
¼ cup milk
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ (10 ounce) package marshmallows, or to taste
2 (8 ounce) packages milk chocolate candy kisses

Steps:

  • Mix oats, flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together in a bowl.

Tips:

  • Use fresh, soft marshmallows. If your marshmallows are hard or stale, they won't melt properly and your pockets will be chewy. .
  • Don't overcook your pockets. They should be golden brown and bubbly, but not burnt. .
  • Let your pockets cool for a few minutes before eating them. The chocolate will be very hot inside. .
  • You can use any type of chocolate you like. Semisweet chocolate is a good all-around choice, but you could also use dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or even white chocolate. .
  • If you don't have graham crackers, you can use crushed Oreos or even vanilla wafers. .

Conclusion:

S'more pockets are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. They're a great way to use up leftover graham crackers and chocolate, and they're always a hit with kids and adults alike. Next time you're looking for a quick and easy dessert, give s'more pockets a try.
