Coleslaw mix {found in the produce section} or you could add a lettuce mix
Dressing...we mixed 1 cup sour cream with 2-3 tablespoons Pico de Gallo

Steps:

  • Mix chili powder, salt and cumin.
  • Rub chicken, wrap with plastic wrap and place in fridge for about 1 hour.

½ cup olive oil, divided
¼ cup lime juice

1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
