1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick slices
1 (5.2-ounce) package soft cheese with garlic and herbs (recommended: Boursin)
12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet with a metal handle over medium-high heat. Add tenderloin and sear each side.
