Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the dish will taste. This is especially true for the walnuts and blue cheese.
- Toast the walnuts: Toasting the walnuts brings out their flavor and makes them more fragrant.
- Use a good quality blue cheese: A good quality blue cheese will have a strong, pungent flavor that will stand up to the other ingredients in the dish.
- Don't overcook the spaghetti: Spaghetti should be cooked al dente, which means it should be tender but still have a slight bite to it.
- Add the walnuts and blue cheese at the end: Adding the walnuts and blue cheese at the end will prevent them from becoming overcooked and losing their flavor.
