Tips:

  • Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all the ingredients and equipment you need. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling during the cooking process.
  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh ingredients will give your stir-fry the best flavor. If possible, use organic or locally-sourced ingredients.
  • Cut your ingredients evenly: This will help them cook evenly in the stir-fry.
  • Don't overcrowd the wok: If you overcrowd the wok, the ingredients will not cook evenly. Cook the ingredients in batches if necessary.
  • Use a high heat: A high heat will help to sear the meat and vegetables and give them a nice caramelized flavor.
  • Stir-fry constantly: Stir-frying constantly will help to prevent the ingredients from sticking to the wok and will also help them to cook evenly.
  • Add the sauce at the end: Adding the sauce at the end will help to prevent it from burning.
  • Serve immediately: Stir-fry is best served immediately after it is cooked.

Conclusion:

Spicy apricot chicken stir-fry is a quick and easy dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It is packed with flavor and is sure to please everyone at the table.
