They taste great at room temperature, so you can even cook them in advance. Prep time, as always, includes marinating time.

1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 dash hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
1/4 cup canola oil or 1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 lbs chicken wings

Steps:

  • Place the pepper and salt in a medium bowl.
