Tips:

  • For the best flavor, use fresh oranges. If you don't have fresh oranges on hand, you can use bottled orange juice, but the flavor won't be as bright.
  • Be sure to zest the oranges before you juice them. The zest is where most of the flavor is.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan when you're cooking the beef. If you do, the beef won't brown properly.
  • Cook the beef until it's browned on all sides. This will help to lock in the flavor.
  • Add the orange juice and zest to the pan after the beef is browned. This will help to create a flavorful sauce.
  • Simmer the beef in the orange juice sauce until it's tender. This will take about 1 hour.
  • Serve the beef over rice or noodles. You can also serve it with a side of vegetables.

Conclusion:

Spicy Orange Zest Beef is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that's perfect for a weeknight meal. The beef is tender and flavorful, and the orange zest adds a bright and citrusy flavor. This dish is sure to please everyone at the table.
