Steps:
- Place riced cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, covered, for 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to a cheesecloth-lined strainer and allow to cool for 15 minutes. Squeeze moisture out of the cooled riced cauliflower.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine riced cauliflower, egg, ranch mix, and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix well. Stir in Parmesan cheese until incorporated.
- Drop mixture with a small cookie scoop onto the prepared cookie sheet and flatten with a small hand rolling pin, a cup, or your hand to approximately 1/16-inch thickness. The thinner the dough, the crispier the cracker.
- Bake crackers in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, flip, and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

Steps:
- 1. Stack 2 sleeves of crackers into a gallon size zip lock bag. In a large measuring cup, mix the oil, dry ranch and pepper flakes and pour half over the crackers, gently mix the oil over the crackers.
- 2. Put last two sleeves of crackers in the bag, pour remaining oil over crackers, mix gently. Continue to turn the bag once every 15 minutes for an hour. THe crackers will absorb all the seasoning. ENjoy!! :)
Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients: The quality of your ingredients will greatly impact the taste of your crackers. Look for fresh herbs and spices, and use real butter or cream cheese instead of margarine or processed cheese products.
- Don't overwork the dough: Overworking the dough will make the crackers tough. Mix the ingredients until they are just combined, then stop. You can also use a food processor to make the dough, but be careful not to overmix it.
- Chill the dough before baking: Chilling the dough before baking will help the crackers to hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much. You can chill the dough for up to 2 hours, or overnight.
- Bake the crackers until they are golden brown: The crackers are done baking when they are golden brown around the edges and the tops are firm. Be careful not to overbake them, or they will become dry and hard.
- Let the crackers cool completely before serving: The crackers will be easier to handle and taste better once they have cooled completely.
Conclusion:
Spicy ranch crackers are a delicious and easy-to-make snack that is perfect for any occasion. They are also a great way to use up leftover buttermilk. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a tasty snack that the whole family will enjoy. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy snack, give these spicy ranch crackers a try. You won't be disappointed!
