1 lb spicy pork sausage (buy in links from Pubilx and cut out of casing)
10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
1 cup milk (use can from soup)
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup sour cream
1 (16 1/3 ounce) package grand flaky layers biscuits

1/4 cup self rising flour

1 dash hot pepper sauce (optional)
2 cups half-and-half
