Time 10m

Number Of Ingredients 10

5 ounces baby spinach (rinsed and drained)

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

You can use the dressing immediately or make it in advance and store in refrigerator up to a couple of days. SPINACH, STRAWBERRY, MANDARIN SALAD WITH POPPY SEED DRESSING

Spinach, Strawberry, Mandarin Salad With Poppy Seed Dressing image

This is a wonderful and refreshing salad that I got from Best of Bridge. I played around with it a bit and added a few other fresh fruits to it. This is yummy and great to offset a very rich main dish, such as my Death to Dieter's Lasagna.
