2 large onions, chopped

2 cans (28 ounces each) Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons oil
1 onion, chopped
250 g ground beef or 250 g ground pork
2 (400 g) cans chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons chili flakes
salt and pepper, to taste
10 ounces frozen spinach
200 g tagliatelle pasta noodles (or other pasta)
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Saute the onion in a deep frying pan for 1-2 minutes, then add the ground beef.
