3 acorn squash, halved and seeded
5 tablespoons butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup chopped pecans
2 eggs
½ cup white sugar
¼ cup half-and-half
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
