Tips:
- Choose the right lemons: Use fresh, ripe lemons with a bright yellow color and smooth skin. Avoid lemons that are bruised or have blemishes.
- Zest the lemons before juicing them: This will help release the flavorful oils from the lemon peel.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy: This will help incorporate air into the batter, resulting in a lighter, more tender loaf.
- Gradually add the eggs, one at a time: This will help prevent the batter from curdling.
- Mix in the dry ingredients gradually: This will help prevent overmixing, which can result in a tough loaf.
- Bake the loaf until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: Overbaking will dry out the loaf.
- Let the loaf cool completely before glazing: This will help the glaze set properly.

With its bright lemon flavor, tender crumb, and sweet glaze, this Starbucks Lemon Loaf is a delicious and refreshing treat that's perfect for any occasion.
