LOW FAT STEVIA BANANA BREAD
I love banana bread and this is an easy, healthy version that my family really enjoys. One tip - if you're bananas aren't ripe enough for banana bread just pop them in the oven (in the peel) until they darken up. It brings out the sugars and gives them that sweet flavor needed for great banana bread.

STEVIA WHOLE WHEAT BANANA BREAD
According to www.rochestergoodfood.com, this recipe won a red ribbon at the 1987 Arizona State Fair. Stevia is a South American herb that is virtually calorie-free and hundreds of times sweeter than table sugar. Look for it at your local health food store or at Trader Joe's.

Tips:
- To make sure your banana bread is moist and flavorful, use ripe bananas with plenty of brown spots.
- Use whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour to give your bread a boost of fiber and nutrients.
- Add a touch of sweetness to your bread with stevia, a natural sweetener that is low in calories and carbs.
- Don't overmix the batter, as this can make your bread tough.
- Bake the bread in a loaf pan that has been greased and floured to prevent sticking.
- Check the bread for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, the bread is ready.
- Let the bread cool completely before slicing and serving. This will help the bread to set and hold its shape.
Conclusion:
This Stevia Whole Wheat Banana Bread is a delicious and healthy treat that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
