STICKS OF HAM WITH HONEY

So I went searching for interesting quick authentic (flavored, anyway) tapas recipes to test out. Did I find a winner! Great for any tapas party, but you have to tell people they can eat the stick! :) (A word of financial warning: jamon serrano is THE most expensive thing at my deli. You could substitute less expensive prosciutto, but the flavor is different.)

TANGY HONEY GLAZED HAM

Tangy Honey Glazed Ham image

I came up with the glaze for this ham using ingredients on hand and it's the best I've ever tasted. If you have any glaze left over, you can add it to the pan drippings with a little flour or cornstarch and make a nice sauce to accompany the meat. Use the bone and ham trimmings to make soup afterwards.
