KRISTA'S STICKY HONEY GARLIC WINGS
These sweet and sticky chicken wings are sure to be a hit with the whole family. The sauce is so much better than store bought jarred sauce. You can fry the chicken wings, but I prefer baking for less fat. This recipe is equally good with thighs, breasts, or skinless boneless chicken. You'd just have to adjust the cooking time. Serve with fried rice and stir fried veggies. Enjoy!

Tips for Making Sticky Honey Wings:
- Choose the Right Wings: Select fresh, plump chicken wings with evenly distributed meat. Larger wings offer more meat, while smaller wings cook faster.
- Dry the Wings Thoroughly: Pat the wings dry with paper towels before cooking to ensure a crispy skin.
- Season Liberally: Don't be afraid to season the wings generously with salt and pepper. This helps enhance their flavor.
- Use a High-Quality Honey: Opt for a flavorful and thick honey, such as Manuka or clover honey, for the best results.
- Cook the Wings Properly: Bake or fry the wings until they are cooked through and have an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Make the Sticky Honey Sauce: Combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, and garlic in a saucepan and simmer until thickened.
- Coat the Wings in the Sauce: Toss the cooked wings in the sticky honey sauce to coat them evenly.
- Broil or Grill the Wings: Give the wings a final broil or grill to caramelize the sauce and achieve a crispy glaze.
- Serve Immediately: Serve the sticky honey wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or blue cheese.
