Spaghetti Squash has become one of my new favorites.... So many variations to this recipe. I will add carrots, and cauliflower. Asparagus in place of broccoli. I don't actually measure the ingredients, all are estimated.

  • Prepare your ingredients in advance: Chop your vegetables, cook your meat, and make your sauce ahead of time so that you can quickly assemble your stir-fry spaghetti when you're ready to eat.
  • Use a large skillet or wok: You need a large cooking surface to prevent your ingredients from overcrowding and steaming instead of stir-frying.
  • Heat your skillet or wok over high heat: This will help to sear your ingredients and prevent them from sticking.
  • Add your ingredients in stages: Start with the vegetables that take the longest to cook, such as broccoli or carrots. Then, add the meat and finally the cooked spaghetti.
  • Stir-fry constantly: This will help to ensure that your ingredients cook evenly and don't burn.
  • Season to taste: Add salt, pepper, and other seasonings to taste. You can also add a splash of soy sauce or oyster sauce for extra flavor.
