Tips:

  • Use fresh or frozen fruit. Fresh fruit will give your squares the best flavor, but frozen fruit is a great option if you don't have any fresh fruit on hand. Just be sure to thaw the fruit before using it.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make your squares tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the squares until they are golden brown. The squares are done baking when they are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the squares cool completely before cutting them. This will help to prevent them from falling apart.
  • Store the squares in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. You can also freeze the squares for up to 2 months.
  • Enjoy! Strawberry apricot oat squares are a delicious and easy snack or breakfast treat.

Conclusion:

Strawberry apricot oat squares are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand, and they can be customized to your liking. Whether you like your squares sweet or tart, with a lot of fruit or a little, there is a recipe for you.
