3 tablespoons red currant jelly
8 ounces light cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons skim milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup light whipped topping
1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Steps:

  • In bowl, toss strawberries with jelly; cover and set aside. In mixer bowl, beat cheese, milk, juice and sugar until smooth, fold in whipped topping. Spoon 2 tablespoons crumbs into individual 8-to-10-ounce stemmed glasses; top each with about 1/4 cup of the strawberries, 1/2 cup of the cream cheese mixture, then the remaining crumbs and strawberries, dividing equally. 2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons white sugar
6 (1/2 pint) canning jars with lids

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
½ cup white sugar
½ cup heavy cream, whipped

3/4 cup ground pecans
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons butter, melted
FILLING:
4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1-1/4 cups sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 large eggs, room temperature, lightly beaten
TOPPING:
2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
STRAWBERRY GLAZE:
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1 jar (12 ounces) strawberry jelly
3 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur or lemon juice
Red food coloring, optional
1 quart whole fresh strawberries, halved

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1-2/3 cups sugar, divided
3 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup sour cream
GLAZE:
4 teaspoons cornstarch
1/3 cup orange liqueur
1 jar (10 ounces) seedless raspberry spreadable fruit
1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • Preheat oven to 325°. Place a greased 9-in. springform pan on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square). 2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tablespoon fresh fine-chopped grated lemon zest

2 tablespoons cornflour, dissolved in a little orange juice
4 ounces caster sugar
1 kg strawberry, cleaned and sliced
2 sheets gelatin
1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice
12 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces caster sugar
300 g thick Greek style yogurt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
whipped cream

  • FOR THE BISCUIT LAYER - Mix all the ingredients together and reserve.
  • STRAWBERRY LAYER - Place the lemon juice and water in a small saucepan and mix in the cornflower well.
  • Bring to a boil, and when the cornflour has dissolved, mix in the sugar and the strawberries.
  • Heat gently to dissolve sugar, then remove from heat and allow to and thicken.
