SWEET AND SILKY STRAWBERRY SORBET
Sweet, soft strawberry sorbet that will rival any brand bought in the grocery store. Not being able to find the perfect recipe, I made up my own! Most homemade sorbets resemble an icy slushie, but this one is thickened before freezing, yielding a melt-in-your-mouth treat that will please even the pickiest sorbet lover! Dually great because it can be made in an ice cream freezer, or in your regular freezer.

Tips:
- Use fresh strawberries: Fresh strawberries have the best flavor and will make the sorbet the most delicious. If you can't find fresh strawberries, you can use frozen strawberries, but make sure to thaw them completely before using them.
- Chill the strawberries before making the sorbet: This will help the sorbet freeze faster and will also make it smoother.
- Use a high-quality honey: The honey you use will greatly affect the flavor of the sorbet. Choose a honey that has a strong, floral flavor.
- Don't over-churn the sorbet: If you over-churn the sorbet, it will become icy and grainy. Churn the sorbet just until it is thick and creamy.
- Serve the sorbet immediately: Strawberry sorbet is best served immediately after it is made. However, you can also store it in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Conclusion:
Strawberry honey sorbet is a delicious and refreshing treat that is perfect for summer. It is easy to make and only requires a few simple ingredients. So next time you're looking for a sweet and healthy snack, give strawberry honey sorbet a try!
