Tips:

- **Fresh is Best:** Always opt for fresh, ripe strawberries and pineapple for the best flavor. If fresh fruits are unavailable, frozen fruits can be substituted, but thaw and drain them thoroughly before using. - **Use a Sharp Knife:** A sharp knife is essential for creating clean, even cuts when slicing and dicing the fruits. - **Be Gentle:** When handling the pie crust, be gentle to avoid tearing or stretching it. - **Chill the Ingredients:** Chilling the pie dough and filling before baking helps prevent the crust from becoming soggy and ensures a flaky texture. - **Don't Overmix:** Overmixing the pie filling can result in a tough, rubbery texture. Mix just until the ingredients are combined. - **Bake Thoroughly:** Bake the pie until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. Insert a toothpick into the center of the pie; if it comes out clean, the pie is done. - **Let It Cool:** Allow the pie to cool completely before serving. This allows the filling to set properly and the flavors to meld together.

This delectable Strawberry Pineapple Pie is a delightful treat that combines the vibrant flavors of juicy strawberries and sweet pineapple.
