1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 carton (15 ounces) ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend, divided

1/4 cup prepared pesto
1 large egg
1 jar (26 ounces) spaghetti sauce, divided

Steps:

  • Cook pasta shells according to package directions to al dente; drain and rinse in cold water. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. 1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup celery, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup red wine
1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
