LEMON-THYME BREAD

Lemon-Thyme Bread image

1 1/2 cups water
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 -1 1/2 cup white flour
