Tips:
- Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your muffins will be.
- Mash the bananas well: The smoother the bananas are, the better they will incorporate into the batter and the more evenly they will distribute their flavor.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing can result in tough muffins. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Fill the muffin tins to the top: This will help the muffins rise evenly.
- Bake the muffins in a preheated oven: This will help them rise quickly and evenly.
- Let the muffins cool completely before frosting them: This will help the frosting set properly.
Conclusion:
Sunny morning muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast treat. With their moist texture, sweet banana flavor, and crunchy streusel topping, they're sure to please everyone at the table. Whether you're enjoying them as a grab-and-go breakfast or a midday snack, these muffins are a great way to start your day off right.
