SUPER SPICED BLACK TEA
This is my version of the traditional Spiced Black tea. I tried to include a good number of spices to make it super tasty! It's quite good hot but not so good chilled. Note: I've listed things in teaspoons because this website won't let me list it in parts, but it's technically in a ratio, so you can make whatever quantity you want.

BASIC SWEET TEA (BLACK TEA)
This is a simple recipe, yes. However, I've had some British/Irish/Scottish friends in the past who've taught me what real tea tastes like, and I've found that I like this flavor to be present in both hot and cold forms of the beverage. Not to criticize, but many Americans don't understand the specifics of how to brew tea to its full potential and flavor. Some overbrew it, some underbrew it. I will be covering brewing both black and green teas for making sweet iced tea, in separate recipes.

Tips:
- Choose the Right Tea: Opt for strong black teas like Assam, Ceylon, or English Breakfast. These teas can withstand the spices and maintain their flavor.
- Freshly Ground Spices: Use freshly ground spices for optimal flavor and aroma. Pre-ground spices tend to lose their potency over time.
- Balance the Spices: Experiment with different spice combinations to achieve a harmonious blend. Start with a small amount and gradually adjust to your taste.
- Use High-Quality Honey: Choose raw, unfiltered honey for its rich flavor and health benefits. Avoid processed honey blends.
- Fresh Milk or Cream: If using milk or cream, make sure it's fresh and cold. This will help create a smooth and creamy texture.
