Tips:
- Use creamy peanut butter. This will make the cookies smooth and creamy. If you only have chunky peanut butter, you can blend it in a food processor until it is smooth.
- Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing will make the cookies tough. Mix the ingredients just until they are combined.
- Chill the dough before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
- Bake the cookies at a high temperature. This will help them brown and get crispy edges.
- Let the cookies cool completely before serving. This will help them set and firm up.
Conclusion:
Peanut Butter Quickies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat. They are perfect for a quick snack or dessert. With a few simple ingredients, you can have these cookies ready to enjoy in no time. So next time you are craving something sweet, give Peanut Butter Quickies a try!
