¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup candy corn

Steps:

Requiring just a few ingredients and low prep time makes this a great dish any day of the week. The homemade BBQ sauce goes great on pork and ribs too! 1 serving cooking spray
½ cup barbeque sauce (such as Sweet Baby Ray's®)
¼ cup honey
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon chile-garlic sauce (such as Sriracha®)
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, pounded to an even thickness
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray the foil with cooking spray.
  • Mix barbeque sauce, honey, brown sugar, and chile-garlic sauce together in a bowl until you have no clumps of brown sugar. Spoon about half the sauce into a separate bowl for serving.
  • Arrange chicken breast halves onto the prepared sheet. Brush sauce from one of the bowls onto breasts.

1 (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter, divided
1/3 cup powdered sugar
3 cups kelloggs Rice Krispies

Steps:

  • Heat chocolate chips and 3/4 cup peanut butter in small, heavy-duty saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add sugar, stir vigorously until smooth.
  • Put cereal in a large bowl.
  • Add 1 cup melted chocolate mixture to cereal, stir to coat well.
  • Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  • Using a small spatula, shape into a 10-inch circle with slightly raised, 1-inch wide border.
  • Pour remaining chocolate mixture in center of circle; spread to border.
  • FOR SPIDERWEB: place remaining peanut butter into small plastic bag.
  • Cut tiny hole on one corner of bag, squeeze to pipe concentric circles on top of chocolate.

1 (10 ounce) bag pretzels
1 (16 ounce) jar peanuts
1 (12 ounce) bag M&M's
1 (12 ounce) bag butterscotch chips
1 (18 ounce) bag candy corn
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon baking soda

Steps:

  • Melt butter, brown sugar and corn syrup in microwave for a minute or so until liquefied together.
  • Mix in vanilla and baking soda.
  • Put cereal and pretzels into a brown paper grocery bag and then pour the melted liquid on top of the cereal and pretzel mix. Shake bag to mix and put in the microwave for another minute. (You may need to put into smaller batched if it doesn't all fit in your microwave).
  • Let cool and add the rest - peanuts, M&M's, butterscotch chips and candy corn.
  • Can be made without the candy corn if its not Halloween time! Makes a lot!

1/2 cup popcorn kernels
1 cup salted peanuts
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with nonstick baking mats; set aside.
  • In a large heavy-bottomed pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add 3 popcorn kernels and cover until they pop. Add remaining popcorn kernels, cover, and shake pot continuously over burner until popcorn is completely popped, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer popcorn to large bowl; add peanuts and set aside.
  • Combine butter, sugar, and corn syrup in a medium pot over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally until sugar has dissolved. Increase heat to medium-high, and cook, without stirring, until golden brown, about 5 minutes, swirling pot occasionally.
  • Remove mixture from heat and quickly stir in salt and cayenne with a heatproof spatula or spoon. Immediately pour over popcorn mixture and stir to incorporate. Divide popcorn mixture evenly between baking sheets. Transfer to oven and bake, about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
