Tips:

  • For crispier fries, soak the sweet potato fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help to remove the starch from the potatoes, which will result in a crispier fry.
  • Be sure to dry the sweet potato fries thoroughly before baking. This will help to prevent them from steaming in the oven, which will also result in a crispier fry.
  • Don't overcrowd the baking sheet. If you overcrowd the baking sheet, the fries will not cook evenly. Be sure to leave some space between each fry so that they can cook evenly all the way around.
  • Flip the fries halfway through baking. This will help to ensure that they cook evenly on both sides.
  • Season the fries with your favorite spices before baking. This will help to add flavor to the fries.

Conclusion:

Sweet potato oven fries are a delicious and healthy snack or side dish. They are easy to make and can be seasoned with a variety of spices to suit your taste. Serve them with your favorite dipping sauce, such as avocado dip, ketchup, or ranch dressing.
