1 large sweet potato
2/3 cup 2% milk
2 cups uncooked penne pasta
1 tablespoon pine nuts
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1 tablespoon butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon olive oil

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
