Tender and Juicy Marinated Chicken image

This is great because its easy, and once the chicken is marinated, very quick. I can pop it in the oven and finish other things while it bakes. This is without a doubt my husbands favorite chicken, he likes it even better than my fried chicken, which is wonderful because its sooo much easier.

Tips:

  • Use a flavorful marinade. The marinade is what will give your chicken breasts their flavor, so make sure to use one that you enjoy. Some popular marinade options include olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, and spices.
  • Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 24 hours. This will give the marinade time to penetrate the chicken and develop its flavor.
  • Cook the chicken over medium heat. This will help to prevent the chicken from drying out.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the chicken is cooked through. The internal temperature of the chicken should be 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the chicken, making it more tender and flavorful.

Conclusion:

Tender marinated chicken breasts are a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed as a main course or as part of a larger meal. With a little planning and effort, you can easily make tender marinated chicken breasts at home. Just remember to use a flavorful marinade, let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, cook the chicken over medium heat, and let the chicken rest before slicing and serving.
