  • Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all of your ingredients prepped and measured. This will help you save time and make the cooking process smoother.
  • Use Fresh Ingredients: Fresh ingredients will give your dish the best flavor. If possible, try to use organic, locally-sourced ingredients.
  • Don't Overcook the Chicken: Chicken is a delicate meat, so it's important to not overcook it. Otherwise, it will become dry and tough.
  • Use a Wok: A wok is a great tool for stir-frying because it allows you to cook the food quickly and evenly.
  • Add Vegetables Last: The vegetables should be added to the wok last so that they retain their crispness.
  • Use a Sauce: A sauce will help to add flavor and moisture to the dish. You can use a store-bought sauce or make your own.
  • Serve Immediately: Stir-fries are best served immediately after they are cooked. This will ensure that the vegetables are still crisp and the chicken is still juicy.
