3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons sriracha hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 small garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tablespoon honey
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil

2 green onions, chopped
1 handful cilantro leaf, chopped
lime zest and juice (optional)

  • Mix in peanuts, green onions, and cilantro with a spatula. Serve with tortilla chips and a squeeze of lime.
  • Notes:.
  • Depending on your heat preferences, add in as much or as little Sriracha to your taste.
