Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: The quality of your ingredients will greatly impact the flavor of your dish. Use fresh, high-quality beef, vegetables, and sauces.
  • Marinate the beef: Marinating the beef helps to tenderize it and infuse it with flavor. You can use a variety of marinades, but a simple mixture of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil is a good place to start.
  • Cook the beef over high heat: This will help to sear the beef and lock in the juices. Be sure to stir the beef constantly so that it cooks evenly.
  • Don't overcook the beef: Overcooked beef will be tough and chewy. Cook the beef until it is just cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Use a variety of vegetables: This will add color, texture, and flavor to your dish. Some good options include broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and snow peas.
  • Make sure the sauce is thick and flavorful: The sauce is what brings all the flavors of the dish together. Be sure to simmer the sauce until it is thick and flavorful.
  • Serve the dish over rice: Rice is a traditional accompaniment to Thai sesame beef. It helps to soak up the delicious sauce.
