- Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add fillets; cook until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 2-3 minutes on each side. Steps:
- Beat the eggs with the lemon pepper and garlic pepper until blended; set aside. Stir together ground almonds with 1 cup of Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish until combined; set aside. Dust the tilapia fillets with flour, and shake off excess. Dip the tilapia in egg, then press into the almond mixture.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook tilapia in melted butter until golden brown on both sides, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium, and season fillets with salt if desired. Sprinkle the tilapia with the remaining Parmesan cheese, cover, and continue cooking until the Parmesan cheese has melted, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the tilapia to a serving dish, and garnish with parsley springs and lemon wedges to serve.

- Melt butter over medium-high heat in non-stick skillet.
- Add thawed fillets and salt and pepper to taste.

- Season tilapia with salt, pepper and old bay.
- Dust with flour then dip into egg.
- Press almond slices into the fish.
- Heat butter and oil in an oven proof pan.
- Carefully (so not to lose any almonds) place fillets into hot pan brown for 1 minute and flip gentle (again so not to lose any almonds) squeeze half of the lemon on the fish and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove gently to a platter squeeze remaining lemon.
- Garnish with scallions and serve.

- Brush frozen fish with 2 teaspoons olive oil and season both sides with garlic pepper, lemon-pepper seasoning, salt, and pepper. Top with 1/2 of the lemon juice. Place fish in a broiler pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 3 minutes. Turn fillets over and continue to bake, watching closely, until fish begins to flake, 3 to 5 minutes. Use a spatula to transfer fish to the prepared cast iron pan. Leave the oven on.
- Top fish with 1/4 cup melted butter and the remaining lemon juice and season with garlic pepper, lemon-pepper seasoning, salt, and pepper. Season bread crumbs as desired and mix with slivered almonds and 1 teaspoon butter. Sprinkle over fish.
- Bake in the preheated oven, watching closely and without turning, until golden brown on top, 5 to 7 minutes.
