3 garlic cloves (minced)

4 fillets of tilapia

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease an 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray*. In a small bowl, whisk together butter, parsley, onion powder, paprika, garlic and lemon juice. Set aside.
  • Season tilapia with salt and pepper, to taste and place onto the prepared baking dish.
  • Pour the butter mixture over the tilapia fillets.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Mince the garlic into fine pieces. Place the garlic in a saucepan, add butter and dillweed or parsley. Add one dash of salt, one dash of pepper and one dash of paprika powder to the saucepan. The exact amount will depend on your own preferences. 8 tilapia fillets (4-6 oz each)
4 tablespoons butter (do not substitute with margarine)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/4 cup lime juice

1 tablespoon oil
