Tips:

  • Use a flavorful marinade: The marinade not only adds flavor to the chicken, but it also helps tenderize it. Use a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, and spices to create a delicious marinade.
  • Cook the chicken over medium heat: Cooking the chicken over medium heat allows it to cook evenly without burning. If you cook the chicken over high heat, it will likely burn on the outside before it is cooked through on the inside.
  • Baste the chicken frequently: Basting the chicken with the marinade or a mixture of olive oil and butter helps to keep it moist and flavorful. Baste the chicken every few minutes, especially if you are cooking it over high heat.
  • Let the chicken rest before serving: Letting the chicken rest before serving allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful chicken.

Conclusion:

Tiny spicy chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a quick and easy meal. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a flavorful and satisfying dish that will please everyone at the table. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy meal, give tiny spicy chicken a try.
