1 teaspoon cayenne

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. When cool enough to handle, chop the bacon into small pieces. Set aside.

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth or stock
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 chicken bouillon cube
Pinch turmeric
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
6 thick slices brioche
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup frozen peas
Chives, chopped, for garnish

Steps:

  • Melt the butter in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the carrots, celery and onion and sauté until the vegetables start to turn translucent, about 2 minutes. 8 -10 skinless chicken thighs
1 lb carrot, sliced
1 lb celery, sliced
2 large sweet onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, sliced thinly
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt

4 (10 ounce) cans chicken noodle soup

Steps:

  • Place chicken inside a large pot and cover with water (distilled is best).
  • Bring to a boil then turn down to medium and cook about 40 minutes.
