2 pounds potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
½ pound fresh green beans, trimmed
1 yellow onion, thickly sliced
¼ cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place potatoes, beans, and onion into a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

2 teaspoons hot mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 (1 1/4 lb) turkey drumsticks, rinsed and patted dry
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 medium onion, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F Combine maple syrup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and cayenne in a small bowl and set aside.

1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon ground fenugreek
1 green pepper (chopped)
6 chicken drumsticks
2 cups cooked rice
