Steps:
- Skin the tomatoes by putting them into a bowl, adding boiling water and leaving them for 20 seconds, drain and plunge them into cold water, the skins should come off easily.

Place the bread in a food processor, and pulse until crumbled with no large pieces. Transfer to a small bowl. Add the parsley, and salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle with the melted butter.
