2 cups cold full-fat milk
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 (12 ounce) container cool whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (16 ounce) package vanilla wafers
12 bananas, sliced (might need more or less bananas)

Steps:

  • Prepare a large glass bowl or a trifle bowl.
  • In a large bowl beat the vanilla pudding and milk for 2 minutes; add in the condensed milk until smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla, then fold in the Cool Whip topping.
  • Layer wafers, sliced bananas and pudding mixture in the large glass bowl.

1 (6-ounce) box butterscotch pudding, cooked according to package directions
4 bananas, sliced
4 snicker bars, chopped fine
1 (12-ounce) container whipped topping

Steps:

  • Let the Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding cool to room temperature.
  • Into the trifle bowl, add half of the croissant pudding. Spread it out evenly. Scoop in half of the butterscotch pudding, add a layer of banana slices and half of the chopped snickers bars. Smooth on half of the whipped topping. Repeat the layers, ending on whipped cream, top with a final sprinkling of snickers.
  • 6 chocolate croissants, very coarsely chopped

3 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
5 medium ripe bananas
1 (1 lb) package peanut butter sandwich cookie
2 cups thawed extra creamy whipped topping
peanut butter sandwich cookie (optional)
dried banana pieces (optional)
fresh mint sprig (optional)

Steps:

  • Place 3 cups milk and vanilla in large bowl; add vanilla instant pudding mix. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed 2 minutes or until thickened; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream.
  • Fill a large bowl with ice. Place bowl in ice, and let stand, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly chilled.
  • Meanwhile, cut bananas into 1/4-inch slices. Break cookies into thirds.

3 cups cold milk
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
One 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
1 loaf brioche, cut into small cubes
1/4 cup French herbal liqueur, such as B and B or Benedictine
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butterscotch chips

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk the milk, pumpkin pie spice, pudding mix and pumpkin puree until the pudding thickens, 2 minutes. Set aside.
  • Place the brioche in a shallow bowl. Pour the liqueur over and let soak for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, honey and cinnamon until well blended.
  • In a trifle dish, layer half of the brioche, then half of the pudding, then the remaining brioche and the remaining pudding so that there are 2 layers of each. Top with a dollop of the sour cream mixture and sprinkle with the butterscotch chips.

CHOCOLATE CROISSANT BREAD PUDDING
6 chocolate croissants, very coarsely chopped
1 1/4 c milk
1/2 c sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 large eggs
TRIFLE
1 box (6-oz) butterscotch pudding, cooked according to pkg. directions, then cooled
4 bananas, sliced
4 snickers bars, chopped fine
1 (12-oz) container whipped topping (i use 2 cups whipped cream)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2. Put chocolate croissant chunks in an 8x8-inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and eggs. Pour mixture over croissants. Let sit for at least 10 minutes.
  • 3. Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.
  • 4. Into the trifle bowl, add half of the croissant pudding. Spread it out evenly. Scoop in half of the butterscotch pudding, add a layer of banana slices and half of the chopped Snickers bars.   • 5. Note: I can't find the chocolate croissants here in my little town, so I use regular, plain croissants and add about a cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. One time I melted 2 squares of semi-sweet chocolate and mixed it in with the egg mixture before pouring over the croissants. Both work well.

3 c milk
3 large eggs
3/4 c splenda, or sugar
1/3 c all purpose flour
2 Tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
5 large bananas, sliced
1 lb nutter butter cookies, broken into thirds
2 c whipped cream (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. For 15-20 minutes, constantly whisk together milk, eggs, splenda/sugar, and all purpose flour until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla. Chill. Pudding shortcut: 1tsp vanilla, 3c milk, 2pk instant vanilla pudding. allow to set. stir in 8oz sour cream.
  • 2. Spoon 1/2 chilled pudding mixture into 3qt trifle. Top w/ cookies and bananas. Spoon remaining pudding mixture on top. Cover w/ whipped cream in desired. Optional: crush several cookies into 1c crumbles and dust over trifle.

1 (3 ounce) package non-instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups half-and-half cream
2 tablespoons dark rum
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 (18.25 ounce) packages angel food cake mix, prepared in a 10 inch round cake pan
¼ cup brandy
¼ cup dry sherry
38 large strawberries
2 tablespoons raspberry preserves

Steps:

  • Combine pudding mix with half and half. Cook on low heat 12 to 15 minutes, or until mixture comes to a boil and partially thickens. Stir well occasionally. Turn off heat and allow to cool slightly. Mix in rum. Chill pudding thoroughly. Whip 1 1/4 cups cream and 1 tablespoon sugar until stiff. Fold into chilled pudding mixture.
  • Using a brush, coat a deep, 10" diameter bowl, with raspberry preserves up to within 1 inch of top.
  • Slice both sponge cakes horizontally into halves. Skim crust off top of both layers. Place top slice, crust side up in bottom of preserves-coated bowl, curving outer edge of layer upward. Combine brandy and sherry, and sprinkle a fourth of the mixture (approximately 2 tablespoons) over the cake slice. Spread 1/3 of the chilled pudding mixture over the surface of the cake slice. Repeat procedure 2 additional times.
  • Finish by arranging 15 to 18 strawberries on the top of the third layer of pudding and cover with fourth cake layer, crust side down. Sprinkle with remaining brandy-sherry mixture
  • Whip the remaining 1 cup cream and 2 tablespoons sugar until stiff. Make mounds of whipped cream around the edge of the bowl and across the diameter with a spoon. Top each mound with a strawberry. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

3 cups cold milk
5 - 7 bananas, peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch chunks
1 8 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300°F In a large bowl, combine graham-cracker crumbs, coconut, pecans, and sugar. Add melted butter, stirring until well combined. Spread mixture on a rimmed sheet pan and bake for approximately 15 minutes until coconut is golden brown, stirring regularly and watching to prevent burning. Set aside to cool.* In another bowl, beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add condensed milk and beat until well combined. I like this pudding as i am a sweet lover. This is a very colourful recipe with three different layers. The top is white, the middle is red and the bottom is yellow. This recipe has originated from my mom's mind.

1 sponge cake
4 tablespoons custard powder
1 packet strawberry jelly
6 tablespoons cream
1 liter milk
8 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Steps:

  • Boil the milk, add custard powder, vanilla essence and sugar.
  • Cook for two minutes.
  • Leave aside to cool.
  • prepare jelly as pre the instructions and leave aside to cool.
  • Cut the cake into two parts and set it in the casserole.
  • Pour the custard and the jelly over the cake.
  • Put it in the fridge for half an hour.
  • Then remove it and spread the cream over it.
  • Serve chilled!
  • Decorate with canned fruits (as per desire).
