TUACA HOT APPLE PIE DRINK

Tuaca Hot Apple Pie drink image

A few years ago, my favorite bartender had me try a new chilled drink shot called Tuaca. I was intrigued by it because 1) he wouldn't tell me what was in it and 2) it came displayed in its own chilling machine, so all the bartenders had to do was push a button and it would light up & dispense the shot. It's been a favorite of mine ever since. Nothing is better in the fall and around the holidays than a nice mug of whipped cream & cinnamon-topped hot apple cider, especially when I can get it fresh while at my favorite apple orchard. So when I found this recipe last winter that combines the two, I couldn't wait to give it a try. LOVE IT!! TUACA is a smooth Italian brandy (based) liqueur that has a hint of orange & vanilla. *Pix is not mine.
