TUPPERWARE BREAD
As an old time former Tupperware Manager I used to use this recipe alot for Parties, and it is so darned easy. What I would do is make the bread at home, wrap the loaves in nice saran wrap and cellophane with bow, and give as game prizes with recipes given out to everyone who ordered any of the Bowls, Mix and Store, measuring cups or spoons. I am submitting it here so any dealers who might want to use it for their Parties can...and all us who have the old Fix and Mix bowls will surely enjoy making this. Rising time not included in prepartion time, as it is passive time that is spent doing something else.

TUPPERWARE BREAD
Another of my friend Kina's family recipes...and I have no idea what size the Tupperware is, since everyone at that time had Tupperware everywhere!

Steps:
- 1. Mix yeast and water in fix and mix bowl. Add sugar, salt, eggs, oleo, and 5 cups flour. Mix well. Add remaining flour. Stir with spoon until all mixed in. Grease bowl and put seal on and burp. Let stand until seal pops. Grease or flour hands. Make into three loaves. Let raise 40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes.
Tips:
- Activate the yeast properly: For active dry yeast, dissolve in warm water (105-115°F) with a pinch of sugar and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, until it becomes foamy. For instant yeast, no need to activate, just add it directly to the flour.
- Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic: This helps develop the gluten in the flour, which gives the bread its structure and chewiness.
- Let the dough rise in a warm, draft-free place: This allows the yeast to ferment and produce carbon dioxide, which causes the dough to rise.
- Bake the bread at a high temperature for the first 10-15 minutes: This creates a crispy crust.
- Reduce the oven temperature for the rest of the baking time: This allows the inside of the bread to cook through without over-browning the crust.
- Let the bread cool completely before slicing: This helps the bread to set and prevents it from becoming crumbly.
Conclusion:
