1 lb ground turkey
1 package (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms (3 cups)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pkg (12 oz) frozen broccoli cuts
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 containers (6 oz each) Greek Fat Free plain yogurt

Steps:

  • Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, in large nonstick skillet, cook turkey, mushrooms, onion, garlic, salt and pepper over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until turkey is thoroughly cooked; drain.
  • Add broccoli and 3/4 cup chicken broth. Cook and stir about 5 minutes longer.
  • In small bowl, stir 1/4 cup chicken broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and cornstarch until blended; stir into turkey mixture. Cook, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens and boils.
  • Remove skillet from heat, stir in yogurt. Serve over hot cooked noodles.

1 lb turkey cutlets, sliced into thin, 1-inch strips
salt, to taste
fresh ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped (canned or fresh)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
2 cups whole wheat egg noodles, cooked, hot

Steps:

  • Season the turkey strips with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the turkey and brown on all sides, about 6 to 7 minutes total. Set the turkey on a plate and keep warm.

1 pound lean ground turkey
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup white wine or beef stock
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups beef stock
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 cup half-and-half cream
Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese and minced fresh parsley

  • Cut squash in half lengthwise; discard seeds. Place squash cut side down on a microwave-safe plate. 2 large shallots, thinly sliced

1 cup baby carrots, sliced

1 teaspoon hot paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup Progresso™ reduced-sodium chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
2 teaspoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/3 cup fat-free sour cream
