A unique variation on an all American classic. Serves 6

Here are some tips to enhance your culinary experience with this delectable dish:

  • To ensure an evenly golden-crisp crust, make sure to pre-bake the pie crust for about 10 minutes before adding the creamy turkey and stuffing mixture.
  • Use freshly roasted or leftover turkey for a rich, flavorful texture. You can also incorporate pre-cooked turkey breakfast sausages for an added layer of taste.
  • Experiment with various options for the stuffing mix. Consider adding sautéed mushrooms, celery, spinach, or sweet corn to add a variety of textures and flavors.
  • Enhance the creamy texture by using a combination of cheeses, such as a mixture of Gruyère, Cheddar, or Parmesan.
  • Ensure the quiche has set properly by inserting a toothpick or skewer into the center. If it emerges with just a bit of clinging egg mixture but no liquid, the quiche is done.
  • To accommodate dietary needs, this recipe can be made gluten-free by using gluten-free pie crust or homemade crust prepared with gluten-free ingredients like almond or coconut.
  • Serve the quiche with a side of greens, such as a fresh mixed green lettuce or a peppery arugula, for a well-balanced and hearty meal.
  • For a sophisticated presentation, garnish the quiche with fresh herbs, such as thyme, parsley, or chives, before serving.
