CHICKEN OR TURKEY TETRAZZINI CASSEROLE
Three flavors of canned soup takes the place of a creamed sauce for this recipe, I like to use 2 cans cream of mushroom and 1 can cream of chicken, I would suggest to add in salt if needed at the table as the creamed soups have enough salt already added . This is really good! :)

Tips:
- Choose the right pasta. Any type of short pasta can be used for turkey tetrazzini, but some of the most popular choices include spaghetti, macaroni, and penne.
- Cook the pasta al dente. This means that the pasta should be cooked until it is tender but still has a slight bite to it.
- Use a good quality cream of mushroom soup. Not all cream of mushroom soups are created equal. Look for a soup that is made with real mushrooms and has a rich, creamy flavor.
- Add some extra vegetables. If you want to add some extra vegetables to your turkey tetrazzini, you can add chopped carrots, celery, or onions.
- Don't overcook the turkey. Turkey can easily become dry and overcooked, so be careful not to cook it for too long.
- Serve immediately. Turkey tetrazzini is best served immediately after it is made. The pasta will start to absorb the sauce and become mushy if it sits for too long.
Conclusion:
Turkey tetrazzini is a classic comfort food dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste. With a few simple tips, you can make a delicious turkey tetrazzini that your family and friends will love.
