1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 to 6 ounces each)
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) Italian diced tomatoes, drained
2/3 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Hot cooked pasta
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 3/4 lb)
4 plum (Roma) tomatoes, stemmed and halved lengthwise
2 medium zucchini, cut in 2-inch pieces
1 medium red bell pepper, cut in strips
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 can (19 oz) Progresso™ cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil leaves

  • Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 18x13-inch rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray.
